Once upon a time...
..whenever i sat on McFly, he would go rigid and freeze and when i asked him to walk on, he would pounce forward, like a rocket was shoved where the sun doesn't shine..

However, for the last 5/6 times Iv rode, this has not happened :D
This maybe a stupid thing for other people but for Me and McFly, it is a massive,massive achievement..
We thought something was seriously wrong with his back and now it looks like we were worrying for nothing.
Now lets just solve the head shaking malarky (so i dont get headbutted and suffer from a broken nose!) and all will be good.

McFly also demostrated his side stepping skills, as he launched me across school yesterday...all because of the 'scary' coloured jump wings in the corner, which i had slowly persuaded him to walk upto, only 2 minutes earlier! wuss.
So my attempts of jumping over the red brick fillers will av to wait until his phobia of 'colours' is cured. Good Luck to myself.

Hey Everyone,
well seeing as most of my spare time is spent around this little fellow..
..i thought i would keep a diary of our trials and tribulations.
All the good, the bad and the ugly stuff.

We began our life together on Boxing day 2008.He hated me. Until i bribed him with polos.hehe. Now we've moved on to loving nudges, which is much better than him trying to take a chunk out of my arm. Saying that he is the sweetest thing and never fails to try his best, even if he's a litttle unsure (like going past big, scary, yellow tractors!)

McFly is 8 years old and hasn't really progressed in many activities which is where i come in.

We have loads planned for this coming year. Hopefully conquering our schooling issues in the next few months. Then trying our luck at some shows (which i'm sure he'ill love as he is the biggest show off! he thinks he's the horsey, male version of Kate Moss. A video will follow). Endurance rides, and showjumping are also on the cards and of course just having fun!

Even though it's only been 2 months, we've come through lots and i hope he's finally beginning to trust me.
I can't wait to see what happens next.
